You MUST weigh the cost to your health. If you have no choice and are on the go constantly, then at least be selective by reading the nutrition labels on the packaged foods.

Just because you open the package and place it on your dinner plate at home doesn't make it healthy or nutritious. Convenience foods save time but don't save you from consuming preservatives, extra sodium & hydrogenated fats.
