I am 35 years old working professional.I would like to know what kind of diet and lifestyle changes should I make to prevent fatty liver.Though I know its improtant to exercise but due to hectic professional life I am not able to devote enough time towards it.Please help..

Reducing weight by consuming a balanced diet and exercise play an important role in fatty liver. If you do not find time to exercise on a regular basis, try to involve in an activity 3-4 times a week. Make it a point to exercise on the weekends too.
