The "The NutritionVista Dietetic Team" listed in the "About Us" is the sole monitor of the Live Chat feature.
AT NO TIME is a non-team member monitoring or providing online guidance to users. The dietetic team accesses the Live Chat
feature through a secure dedicated network to ensure user privacy. Once users are assigned to a specific dietitian,
that "ONE" dietitian is the sole contact person with the user from that point onwards to ensure privacy.
All of our dietitians are currently India based and some are registered with the ADA. If a U.S. based client wishes to be counseled solely by a dietitian registered with the ADA, kindly notify us and we will make every attempt to accommodate you on a first come first serve basis, based on availability. |
