This crispy, Thai inspired chicken recipe has an abundance of proteins, PUFA, vitamin A & calcium. Tastes best when served with coriander-mint chutney, or garlic chillie paste for the daring. Even though the fat content is slightly high, it is on our recommended list because majority of the fats are Polyunsaturated.
