NutritionVista.com is an online information and communications service funded by and a subsidiary of J L S Health Care Private Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at C-67, Anand Niketan, New Delhi-110021. |

3. Registration and Password
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and password. They are responsible for all uses of their login information, whether or not authorized by them.
The User represents that the information that they provide about themselves as requested in the NutritionVista account registration form (the “Registration Data”) is accurate and complete, and they agree to update their account information, as necessary, including providing NutritionVista with their current email address, so that they may receive notifications and other account-related communications. |

The NutritionVista website and all aspects thereof, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein, is owned by NutritionVista. User acknowledges that the Website and any underlying technology used in connection with the Website contain NutritionVista’s intellectual property and proprietary information. User may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of, publicly display (including by framing any content), or commercially exploit any part of the Website except as necessary to view the content on the Website and create a reasonable number of copies of portions of such content (without modification) for their personal, non-commercial use. |

The "The NutritionVista Dietetic Team" listed in the "About Us" is the sole monitor of the Live Chat feature. AT NO TIME is a non-team member monitoring or providing online guidance to users. The dietetic team accesses the Live Chat feature through a secure dedicated network to ensure user privacy. Once users are assigned to a specific dietitian, that "ONE" dietitian is the sole contact person with the user from that point onwards to ensure privacy.
All of our dietitians are currently India based and some are registered with the ADA. If a U.S. based client wishes to be counseled solely by a dietitian registered with the ADA, kindly notify us and we will make every attempt to accommodate you on a first come first serve basis, based on availability. NutritionVista advises users to always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions regarding personal health or medical conditions. Never disregard, avoid or delay in obtaining medical advice from your doctor or other qualified health care provider because of something you have read on this site.
