Endurance activity includes walking, swimming, jogging, dancing, playing tennis etc. This type of exercise increases heart rate, it helps to thus improve your heart and circulatory system. One should start with five minutes and should slowly build up to 30 minutes. Some important safety tips:
- Start with light exercise. Warm up and cooling down is going to help your body relax.
- Drink liquids when you sweat a lot.
- Walk when it's well lit.
- Dress appropriately
- Always see there should not be lot of breathlessness while you are exercising.
