Try to eat foods you normally like so that even though they are pureed or softened you can enjoy them. However, just be cautious as there are some food that may prove to be problematic - foods that are hard, sticky or have seeds in them. Be cautious with whole fresh fruits, large pieces of crusty breads, red meats, chewing gum, sticky candy, fruits and berries with seeds, nuts or fresh coconut.
