A recent study out in JAMA (Journal of The American Medical Association) says that there is a direct correlation between adults consuming added dietary sugars (caloric sweeteners used as ingredients in processed or prepared foods) and their blood lipid levels.

If all cooking methods were created equal, we would eat only fried foods. But the fact of the matter is that frying or cooking on high heat destroys nutrients. Should we settle for lost nutrition.
